Job Overview

As a Software Engineer at Land id™, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance software solutions that power our land identity platform. The ideal candidate has a strong background in software engineering, a passion for solving complex problems, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Values

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design and implement scalable, maintainable, unit-tested code.
  • Provide mentorship to junior software engineers.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Work closely with QA engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • Proficient in one or more compiled languages (e.g., Java, Go, Swift).
  • Proficient in at least one other language (e.g., Ruby, Python, JavaScript).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Postgres).
  • Experience with Docker.
  • Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience with Android or iOS mobile development.
  • Experience with MapBox SDK.
  • Experience working with geospatial data in PostGIS.
  • Experience with Kubernetes.
  • Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Vue)
